At our AN back office which leaders chart showing WP and RP as per this WP and RP you are given points after how many days its counts 1) Daily basis 2) weekly basis 3) Monthly Basis  

 [MC]: Not sure what he's asking, but the current leader-board is a monthly summary 

There are so many people who are creating fake ids and win the contest so for them what punishment was set by company?  

 

[MC]: RP = Referral who actually earn.  So, simply registering with fake ID's doesn't count to their total -- they have to register and earn AppsBucks.  This would indicate new members, not fake ID's

If any one wants to upgrade his/her plan As for India we are not able to pay through our paypal because we are not use paypal as bank account

If we need to create ticket we need to log

Before completing offers some offers are automatically vanished/disappear what is the reason behind it  

 

[MC]: Offers in-progress shouldn't disappear.  Please request specifics so I can investigate.

One big issue was that always shows this error "you don't appear to have started this boost. please start this boost before attempting to claim" After installation shows this error message ; What is the resolution of this error?  

 

[MC]: We had a serious when we were fighting duplicates where this would happen.  However, I solved this issue on July 2nd.  If he is seeing this now, need specifics.

As now you are introduced iOs offerwall also so one user is able to do both offer if he/she has both iOs and android?  [MC]: iOS offers appear to all users.  However, only iOS users can complete this offer (though I don't know the specifics of how you track).  

One Personal question my user id "abhi0612" 21st july to 24th July I was recruiting 32 members under me that means my RP = 32 as on date who is the 1st Rank holder his point is 21 so when I will appeared this list? how much time it will take 

 

[MC]: Not necessarily, as I mentioned above, RP must have earnings (this user has 13).  However, he has 0 work points, so he is not on the board.  The user must have work points and referral points to be on the board.
